Formerly termed visitation or custody, Child Time-sharing in the State of Florida is a court order that states the limitations, conditions, responsibilities, and restrictions to both parents in relation to the time a child will spend with each parent after they are separated or divorced. Child Time-sharing is subject to modifications as listed in the Florida Statutes 61.13(3)(a-t)depending on some factors such as misconducts by a parent such as domestic violence, change in circumstances such as relocation if modifying is in the child’s best interest, and much more.
